Donkey Kong Country Returns HD Gets Dixie Kong And Switch 2 Enhancements In Free Update

So to recap, this is a major update--a return, if you will--for a remaster (or a return) of Donkey Kong Country Returns. If you want to get super granular about it, the HD remaster is also a return for the 2013 3DS port of the game, as it includes extra levels originally exclusive to that version. You can argue that what we're getting in 2026 is "Donkey Kong Country Returns Returns Returns Returns."

'Dragula' contestant Pi hopes Philly will grow its 'arsenal' of drag stars on TV

With cartoony aesthetics and a sense of childhood whimsy, Philly drag artist Pi brought a playfulness to Season 6 of the twisted, gross-out competition show "The Boulet Brothers' Dragula" on Shudder. Though the performer only placed fifth after literally being iced out of the race, the experience allowed them to reflect on their creative identity and contemplate their next career steps.

The Grandmaster Is Darryl’s Roommate in This Preview For “Team Darryl”

There is no doubt that director Taika Waititi is a master of the mockumentary format after his indie Sundance hit What We Do in the Shadows. Luckily enough for MCU fans, we got to see Waititi stretch those muscles of his in a couple of non-canon short films during the promotion of Thor: Ragnarok. The two “Team Thor” shorts featured Chris Hemsworth as Thor, opposite an ordinary human roommate named Darryl. For the home release for Ragnarok, it’s now Jeff Goldblum’s time to shine as his standout character, the Grandmaster.

Absorbing Man Will Be Back in ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Season 5

Carl “Crusher” Creel will be back to crush once more. Initially a member of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s rogue gallery, the Absorbing Man, played by Brian Patrick Wade, was rehabilitated as the bodyguard of once-SHIELD ally and quipmaster Brigadier General Glenn Talbot (Adrian Pasdar). Now, Creel will apparently be part of the welcome wagon as our agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. return to the present day in episode 11 of season 5, “All the Comforts of Home.”

‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ 100th Episode to Feature “Cataclysmic Event”

As you very well know, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is the very first MCU-set television show, essentially the progenitor of Marvel Television. As the longest-running MCU show, S.H.I.E.L.D. is about to reach a landmark 100 episodes, which is much cause for celebration. But rather than say, airing a clip episode or perhaps throwing a reunion, the always plot twist-heavy S.H.I.E.L.D. is looking to shake things up.

Disney Begins Oscar Campaigns for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,’ ‘Thor: Ragnarok’

The MCU doesn’t exactly scream “Academy Awards,” but as critical acclaim and box office returns increase for superhero films, studios hope that the Academy will take the subgenre seriously one day. And it’s certainly a strong year for superhero films, not even just from Marvel Studios. Warner Bros. and DC Films are making a strong push for Wonder Woman, and Fox sent out screeners of Logan. Now, Disney is beginning their “For Your Consideration” campaigns for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Thor: Ragnarok.

Watch Taika Waititi Break Down the “Get Help” Moment in ‘Thor: Ragnarok’

Thor: Ragnarok was Taika Waititi’s first big Hollywood film, leading fans of his previous and highly-acclaimed indie work to be curious of the results. Waititi has been a joy to watch during the promotion of the film, feeling right at home with the Marvel family while flaunting his own quirky brand of humor and creativity. Through this video from Vanity Fair, we get to see how some of the gears turned inside Waititi’s head when filming this movie.

‘Thor: Ragnarok,’ ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and ‘Avengers 4’ Will Make up A “Hulk Trilogy”

We’ve known for a while that any plans that Marvel Studios had for a standalone Hulk movie have been shuttered, with Universal Studios clinging to the film rights. It’s been nearly a decade since 2008’s The Incredible Hulk, with still no new project about the green guy in sight. Ever since Mark Ruffalo won audiences over in The Avengers, we’ve been hoping to see more of his Bruce Banner, but the character has been orphaned to other MCU franchises. Ruffalo and Kevin Feige are trying to make the best of the situation, hoping to build a sort of “Hulk” trilogy in Phase 3.

Sonya Balmores of ‘Inhumans’ Mentions Possible ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Crossover

Right now, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is like that kid in school who isn’t allowed to play with the other kids during recess. As it looks out the window to the schoolyard, it sees the Marvel/Netflix shows having fun Defenders-ing it up. And look, the Arrowverse guys get to play with each other all the damn time. So with a new kid coming to school in the form of Disney’s ABC’s IMAX’s Marvel’s Scott Buck’s Inhumans, perhaps S.H.I.E.L.D. has a new friend it can play with.
